Shipping Policy

Vorsprung Parts sources directly from specialist manufacturers, which lets us offer carbon fibre and valved exhaust systems at prices well below dealer pricing. It also means most parts ship internationally, and delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.

Processing time

Orders are passed to our manufacturing partner within 1–3 business days. Larger items such as full cat-back exhaust systems may take longer to prepare before dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Timeframes below run from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

Standard shipping — 4 to 7 weeks. This applies to the majority of our catalogue, including most spoilers, diffusers, splitters and exhaust systems.
Faster-moving items — 2 to 4 weeks. A small number of parts ship from closer stock and arrive sooner.
Large exhaust systems — up to 8 weeks. Titanium and full-system exhausts are bulky, ship by sea freight, and are the slowest items we carry.

If you need a part by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the realistic window for that item.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel leaves our partner's facility. Please allow several days after dispatch for tracking to begin updating — this is normal on international routes and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like a quote, please get in touch.

Customs and duties

Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price at checkout.

Delays

International freight is occasionally affected by customs inspections, carrier backlogs and seasonal congestion. These delays sit outside our control, but we will keep you informed and help chase any parcel that stalls.
